The Moraine Lake is situated in the Valley of the Ten Peaks covering a surface area of.5 square kilometers at a height of 6,183 feet. The water of this lake comes from the glaciers. The beauty of this lake is that it reflects a distinct shade of blue when it is full. The reason behind this is the deposition of rock flour on the bed of the lake. The area around the lake is used by tourist for walking as well as hiking purposes. The Rockpile Trail at a height of 24 meters, offers a photographic view of the Moraine Lake which makes its one of the naturally scenic locations of Canada.
