The Swaminarayan Akshardham, also known as the Delhi Akshardham is a legendary monument which displays Indian heritage and richness of architecture of the ancient times. Adjacent to the 2010 Commonwealth Games village on the bank of the River Yamuna, the central temple of the monument and its well-thought features attract bulk of tourists every year. Entirely built with Rajasthani pink sandstone and Italian Carrara marble, the Akshardham exhibits an enormous traditional aura.
