Guindy National Park

Guindy National Park is one of the smallest national parks of the country. If ranked, it becomes the eight smallest protected forests of India. This is a protected area and it is the extension of the areas surrounding the Raj Bhawan area of the city. There are many types of animals that live in the protected forest area. As the number of poaching incidents is increasing, the area is now doubly protected by the armed guards. This is one of the main tourist attractions of the city. This park is one of its kinds as this is situated inside the city borders.
