Fun N Food Village

Fun ’n’ Food Village is an amusement park with a difference. Set up in 1993 and inaugurated by the former President of India, Giani Zail Singh, it contains both an amusement park and a water park. An excellent recreational spot for all ages, it boasts of a variety of attractions including India’s largest indoor Snow Park- covering an area of 2500 square meters, a children’s play area, 22 assorted water slides and 21 amusement park rides such as the Monorail and the Flying Carpet. It also houses India’s longest water slide and a 400 feet long water channel called the ‘Lazy River’ for visitors who simply wish to cruise through the park. It also hosts a health club, a food court and a beauty parlor.

However, these are not what sets Fun ‘n’ Food Village apart from other amusement parks. It was launched with the specific purpose of promoting Indian culture and handicrafts. Stalls selling and manufacturing handicrafts can be found in the park, allowing visitors to both purchase and learn how to make the handicrafts themselves. Cultural events such as dances, concerts and theatres are regular occurrences here, and are extremely popular among the visitors, many of whom visit to watch these events.

Fun ‘n’ Food Village can be found on the Old Delhi-Gurgaon Highway, 3 kilometers from the Airport.
